Billing help

For a wrong charge, a duplicate charge, or help cancelling, email support@birdie-buddy.com. You can also cancel from the Stripe customer portal (Manage billing in the app). Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Billing errors and the annual goodwill refund are described in the Refund & Dispute Policy.
